年逾古稀、业已退休的戏剧演员莫里斯和伊恩是一对居住在伦敦的好朋友，闲赋在家中的他们生活平淡，偶尔去唐纳德开的咖啡馆喝上一杯，追忆一下往昔的美好时光。 他们平静的生活被一个女孩的到来打破。伊恩侄女的女儿杰茜从英国北部来到伦敦寻找工作，暂住在伊恩的公寓中。杰茜并不适应伦敦的生活，伊恩也对这个侄孙女头疼不已。关键时刻莫里斯为老朋友解了围，他带着杰茜游览伦敦，帮她寻找工作，并深深迷上这个敏感害羞的少女……。Will & Grace are best friends. Will is a gay lawyer and Grace is a straight interior designer. They both live in New York. Grace is engaged to a real jerk, but when that relationship falls apart, she moves in with Will. This is only supposed to be until Grace finds a place of her own, but she and Will end up with each other as permanent roommates.
