The truth about how and why he killed has been the subject of much speculation in books and documentaries over the decade...。某家电企业电话客服中心职员高林光（谷村美月饰），是一个质朴认真的女孩，即使遇到无关产品质量问题而纯粹为了发泄个人情绪而恶语谩骂的刁钻顾客，她也始终耐心地道歉应对。不过私底下，阿光却与上司中村保持着不伦的关系。某天，阿光受后辈美香（宫崎美穗饰）的拜托，帮她应付频繁打电话提出索赔要求的中年女性宫胁和世。一整天的电话纠缠，令阿光疲惫不堪。当她拖着倦体回到家中时，却发现隔壁邻居家的名牌上写着“宫胁和世”的名字。在此之后，恐怖事件接连发生…… 本片为富士电视台2007年3月开播的同名恐怖TV剧的电影版。。
