电影《一把挂面》以陕西吴堡非物质文化遗产——空心手工挂面为题材，反映吴堡县张家山空心手工挂面制作技艺、独有的膳食文化背后的故事，通过三代“挂面人”不同的历史命运和跌宕起伏的人生经历，讲述张家山空心手工挂面由生活必需品向商品演化的动人故事。 影片以陕北说书、陕北民歌构架故事，以祖孙三代“制作挂面，手艺传承”的剧情为主线，再现了陕北人民勤劳朴实、坚韧不屈的人性美；多角度展现陕北独特的自然风貌、民俗风情和丰富细腻的人情世态；全方位展示手工挂面传统制作技艺，使这项传统产业焕发新的生机，并将陕北传统文化注入新的内涵。 该片讲述第一代空心手工挂面传人张家根艰难困苦与命运抗争的一生。人到晚年，根根回忆起早年以身护井被炸身亡老伴秀秀，带着深情的怀念，根根主动选择“不吃了”，决意追寻老伴而去。临终前根根自己为自己选墓地，打棺材，试寿衣，从容淡定走向另一个世界。三代挂面...。The story revolves around Luisa Palmeira, born in France from Portuguese immigrants.
