The film includes rare and previously unseen memoirs along with interviews with some of his closest family, friends and associates.。台东的飙车王林港（刘德华饰）在一次飚车比赛中与当地黑帮起冲突，杀死了一名黑帮要员而逃到了香港，投靠了当地黑帮老大顶爷。顶爷安排林港住在手下焦贵的情妇阿Sue（吕秀菱饰）家，林港则和焦贵一起负责黑帮的生意买卖。一次焦贵和湖南大圈仔帮交易时私吞金表，不知就里的林港帮焦贵击退了大圈仔，令大圈华（王霄饰）误以为是林港私吞了金表。大圈仔帮四处找林港寻仇，阿Sue亦牵涉其中，同时，警方亦威逼利诱林港作线人。无奈之下，林港和阿Sue逃回了大陆暂避风头，然而依旧逃不过大圈仔帮的追杀，林港最终命运如何？。Two young men (Jon Cryer, Rick Stear) who have been friends since early childhood decide to go on a trip to find a third friend (Rafael Baez) who has long since disappeared. Stories they have heard indicate that the friend has been seen in an apparently rambling, incoherent state at Coney Island. Their trip leads them to a number of adventures involving the otherworld-like life...。
