二十年前，一场银行抢劫案，幼年林峰不幸卷入其中，与父母失散。幸运的是，林峰被湖边的一户农户收养。二十年后，在养父母的呵护下，他渐渐长大，然而，命运的重击接踵而至。。周小齐（喻恩泰 饰）是待业大学生，为人争强好胜，调皮而善良。在求职过程中遇上了民间奇人老孟（李琦 饰），在老孟的指引下，小齐随炒股大军入了市，在股海沉浮中大显身手。在这个过程中，他误打误撞认识了很多股海“名人”：愚笨迂腐的股评阿培、贪婪成性的庄家周大庄。小齐对他们丑恶的行为十分愤怒，与众多善良散户联手，在他们集体智慧的齐心下，击败了阿培和周大庄，从而成为了人们心目中的民间股神。。A man is falsely convicted of the murder of his wife. During his time in jail, he finds comfort from four women with whom he corresponds. After his second court appearance, he is finally freed from prison only to be framed for yet 2 more murders which he did not commit. With the help of his former prison guard, he once again sets out to clear his name.。
